Sports Creative Interview
I applied for a job as a sports creative, designing merchandise for an up and coming sports company just outside Manchester city centre. I was given 24 hours to see what I could do with this brief:
To use the zondo branding accordingly on a vest, t-shirt and hooded top to portray your design skills and vision. The theme of the brand summarised by the following positive and negative keywords:
Is: Sportswear, Fashion, Energetic, Bold yet subtle, Vibrant, Dynamic, Stylistic, Iconic, 20 – 35 Age group
Is Not: Chav or Scally looking, Over worked, Boring looking, Non saleable, Cheap looking

My Response:
I was pretty happy with the range of designs I came up with considering fashion design isn’t my field, and there were a lot of designs to do! The client was pleased with my work and invited me for an interview and told me that I’d made it into the top three, however I later found out I didn’t get the job. Sadface.
